Shipping from the Netherlands (EU) once a week ^-^ノ ♡

Shipping

Orders are shipped from the Netherlands (EU) once a week, at the moment usually on Thursday or Friday.

 

Estimated delivery times

  • Netherlands: 1-7 days
  • Europe: 1-12 weeks
  • World: 2-16 weeks

While majority of the orders will arrive to EU in 1-2 weeks and to other countries in 2-3 weeks, some might take up to 4 months to arrive, so please be patient ♡

Tracking number

Tracking number is not provided by default, but is available at extra cost during check-out. Orders that are more than 200g in weight and orders to certain countries are only sent with tracking.

Custom fees + VAT

Buyers are responsible for any customs and import taxes that may apply. I'm not responsible for delays due to customs. I also don't have a IOSS number, so if you're from UK I recommend buying from my Etsy shop instead.

For EU customers taxes are calculated at checkout, based on local tax rate I need to pay here in the Netherlands.

You got a wrong item / items were broken

If you got a wrong item or the items have gotten broken in transit, please send me pictures + your order number to hello(at)nikury.com and I'll help you ♡

Lost mail + refund policy

If your order gets lost in the mail and you didn't purchase tracked shipping, in  most cases I unfortunately can't find it.

I generally don't refund orders lost in mail that were shipped with the standard untracked shipping, but I might be able to offer a resend if the package hasn't arrived in 16 weeks. Orders with tracking marked as delivered can't unfortunately be refunded and large orders sent without tracking are not resend.

Cancellations

If you want to cancel your order, send the request + your order number to hello(at)nikury.com ASAP. I'm only able to cancel orders that are not shipped yet, this includes orders that are processed right at the moment you send the email if I don't see it before processing the order.

Orders that are delivered back to me

If your order gets delivered back to me because the address you typed was wrong and you want me to deliver your order to you again, I unfortunately need to ask you to pay for shipping costs again (via Paypal). If you want a refund instead of resend, I'll refund the items minus shipping.

Plastic free shipping + packaging

I’m working towards making all my packaging plastic free ♡

At the moment I'm usually using pretty tissue paper or paper bags to wrap the items & paper/cardboard envelopes/boxes + eco (paper) mailers for shipping. When I run out of my plastic packaging items like cellophane bags & plastic tape they’ll be replaced with eco-friendly options :)
